These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website Arab Immigration Lawyers Canada at https://arabimmigrationlawyerscanada.com and the services offered there (the “Services”). Arab Immigration Lawyers Canada is the public directory brand; the Site is operated by Digital Astronaut Studios, a Canadian sole proprietorship, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Arab Immigration Lawyers Canada is not a law firm. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prohibited by law. Material changes may be communicated through the Site where appropriate.

Digital Astronaut Studios provides Arab Immigration Lawyers Canada as an online directory that helps users discover and contact Arabic-speaking immigration lawyers and regulated Canadian immigration consultants listed on the Site. Features may include search and filtering, professional profiles, contact forms, and related tools. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

The Services are provided for general informational and directory purposes. We do not guarantee that any particular professional is available, suitable for your matter, or will respond to a message.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice, a lawyer–client relationship with us, or an endorsement of any specific professional. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. You should obtain advice from a qualified, licensed professional regarding your situation.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. Certain features may require an account (for example, professionals claiming or managing a listing). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Professionals and other users may submit content for listings (including biographical information, firm names, and service descriptions). You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts; scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that burdens the Site without permission; impersonate any person or entity; transmit malware or harmful code; use contact forms to send spam, threats, or harassing messages; or circumvent technical measures we employ to protect the Services.

We may remove or suspend content or access where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, or where necessary to protect the Services or users.

The Site’s design, branding, text, graphics, and compilation of directory data (excluding third-party content) are owned by Digital Astronaut Studios or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted or as required for normal browsing.

Limited license: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (including payment processing, authentication, maps, or hosting). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Some features may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and refund rules are presented at checkout or in your account and may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. Taxes may apply as required by law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Directory information relies on listings provided by third parties; we do not independently verify every claim on every profile.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Astronaut Studios and, where applicable, our service providers and representatives, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for any disputes subject to jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale of the Site or related assets or business.
